1Overview
TaxdroneTechnology provides custom digital services where our team starts planning, design and development as soon as a project begins. Because time and resources are committed from day one, refunds depend on how far the work has progressed.
2When You Can Get a Refund
- You cancel the project in writing before any work has started: a full refund of the amount paid, after deducting payment gateway charges, if any.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons on our side: a refund for the part of the work not delivered.
- You were charged twice or an incorrect amount by mistake: the extra amount is refunded in full.
3Partial Refunds
If you cancel after work has started, we calculate the value of the work completed and costs already incurred, and refund the remaining balance, if any. Milestones that are delivered and approved are not refundable.
4Non-Refundable Items
- Domain names, hosting, SSL, licenses, plugins and other third-party purchases made on your behalf.
- WhatsApp API setup, message and platform charges, and advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms.
- Completed and delivered work, including approved design and development milestones.
- Services where delay or cancellation is caused by the client, such as not providing content or approvals.
- Dissatisfaction that is not related to the agreed scope.
5Monthly and Subscription Services
Monthly services such as SEO, marketing, maintenance and software subscriptions can be cancelled with a notice of 15 days. Fees for the current billing period are not refunded, and the service continues until that period ends.
6How to Request a Refund
- Email tech@taxdroneindia.com with your name, project or invoice details and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 3 to 5 working days.
- You will be informed whether the request is approved in full, in part, or declined, along with the reason.
7Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method or bank account within 7 to 10 working days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our decision, please write to us and we will try to resolve it fairly. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
