1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tech.taxdroneindia.com or hiring TaxdroneTechnology ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2Our Services
We provide website development, software development, app development, AI solutions, digital marketing, and cloud and IT services. The exact scope of each project is defined in the written quote, proposal or agreement shared with you.
3Quotes and Project Scope
- Quotes are valid for the period mentioned in them, or 15 days if no period is stated.
- Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and started only after your approval.
- Timelines depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
4Payments
- Payment terms (advance, milestones and final payment) are stated in your quote or invoice.
- Work begins after the advance payment is received.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, licenses, WhatsApp API charges and ad spend are billed separately.
- We may pause work or delay delivery if payments are overdue.
5Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content, images and access that we need for the project.
- Make sure you own or have the right to use all material you give us.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time.
6Intellectual Property
- After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design and custom code.
- We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and reusable code, and of our ready-made products such as Taxdrone CRM, which are licensed to you rather than sold.
- Third-party assets, plugins and fonts remain under their own licenses.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show non-confidential parts of the completed work in our portfolio.
7Revisions and Support
The number of revisions and any post-launch support period are mentioned in your quote. Additional revisions, new features or long-term maintenance may be charged separately.
8Third-Party Platforms
Some services depend on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta and WhatsApp. Their policies, pricing, approvals and features can change at any time and we are not responsible for such changes.
9Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
10Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or copy our content, designs or code without written permission.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TaxdroneTechnology will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that caused the claim.
12Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination. We may suspend or end services immediately if these terms are seriously breached.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
